allowing students to continue to work uninterrupted toward
their degrees. Academic programs are career-focused, preparing students for entry-level employment in their industry upon graduation. The Art Institute enlists input and support from industry experts to develop and oversee the curriculum, providing validation and ongoing assessment of our industry and market-focused education. Academic programs are developed based on potential and existing employment opportunities within the Southern California market.

Licensing
and Accreditation
The Art Institute of California-Orange
County is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award bachelor's and associate's degrees. ACICS is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. The Art Institute of California-Orange County is granted approval by the Bureau of Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education as a California private postsecondary degree-granting institution.
