Chef Lawrence serves only the freshest food, the menu changes regularly.  We call it "California Bistro" because it is seasonal and fresh and the portions are generous.  Don't see your favorite dish?  When you make your reservation, request it!  The Chef will do whatever he can to make serving your dish possible.
